3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information only for the purpose it was collected:

  • Deliver the service you requested — workshop access, audit report, consulting deliverables
  • Communicate with you — appointment confirmations, project updates, follow-up on your inquiry
  • Send relevant information — workshop announcements, resources related to services you've used (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Improve my services — understanding what's helpful so I can do more of it

I will never:

  • Sell your information to anyone
  • Share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • Use your business details as a case study or testimonial without your written permission

  • Client project data is stored locally and is not shared between clients

7. How Long I Keep Your Information

  • Contact information: For as long as we have an active business relationship, plus 2 years for follow-up purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Project data: For the duration of the project plus 1 year (in case you need support or reference). Then deleted unless you request otherwise.
  • Payment records: As required by Canadian tax law (generally 7 years for financial records).
  • Workshop registration: For as long as you remain on my mailing list. Unsubscribe at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA), you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
  • Correction — Request corrections to any inaccurate information
  • Deletion — Request that I delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

I use AI tools in my business operations, including:

  • Content creation — AI assists in drafting educational content, proposals, and communications. All client-facing content is reviewed by me before delivery.

  • Client solutions — Solutions I build for clients may include AI components (voice agents, automated workflows). These will be fully disclosed and documented in your project agreement.

I do not feed your personal information or confidential business data into public AI models. When AI tools are used in your project, your data stays within the specific tools agreed upon in your project scope.
