Pip's Bible Stories

Its own animated series, separate from Pickles & Friends, with its own characters and its own home.

Coming soon to its own YouTube channel.

Pip the Lamb lives in a cozy cottage with her Grandpa Ram. By the fire in their living room, Grandpa Ram tells Pip a story from the Bible. He tells it in a way that keeps you leaning in, and Pip's curious questions along the way help draw the story out. As the story unfolds, it highlights the important facts and connects them to other parts of the Bible.

The series starts with Genesis and goes straight through the Bible.

Who it's forBecause it's animated, it's made with young children in mind, about 8 and under. But the real heart of it is telling Bible stories in a simple, clear way that anyone can understand, including grown-ups who don't know the stories well yet.

Grandpa Ram, a gentle ram in round glasses and a cardigan, reads from a big book in his armchair by the fire while Pip the Lamb, in a mustard scarf, listens. — Grandpa Ram and Pip by the fire.

Why I'm telling these stories

The Bible's stories are for kids too. I want to tell them in a warm, fresh way that's genuinely interesting to follow, and help viewers see how each story fits with the rest of the Bible.

Who you'll meet

Pip the Lamb

A fluffy little lamb in a mustard knitted scarf who lives with Grandpa Ram and loves a good story. Her curious questions help Grandpa Ram draw each story out.

Grandpa Ram

Pip's gentle grandpa, with curled horns, round wire glasses, and a cozy cardigan. He tells the stories from his favourite armchair by the fire.

Jesus

At the heart of the whole Bible, warm and approachable.

The people of the Bible

Adam and Eve, Noah, and the other main people of the Bible, each one met in their own story.

Every person in the Bible has a valuable place in the story, and it all leans back to Jesus.
